All Authorized users shall submit a request for registration AMTPJ-T to be regsitered as a licnesee
Any deviation from requirements, specifications, procedures, drawings, or acceptance criteria shall be formally submitted for review and approval prior to release. Work shall not proceed under the proposed deviation until written authorization has been granted by the AMTPJ-T Engineering Department
All AMTPJ-T licensees are required to complete an online Licensee Questionnaire prior to registration. In addition, all licensees shall undergo the Licensee Qualification Process.
Licensee Performance
Licensee performance shall be evaluated on an ongoing basis to ensure continued compliance with applicable requirements, approved procedures, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Performance evaluations may include, but are not limited to, review of work quality, adherence to authorized processes, timely resolution of nonconformances, corrective action effectiveness, and overall compliance history. Continued authorization may be subject to satisfactory performance and successful completion of required reviews or audits.
For thread authorization, all threads must be authorized prior to threading any connection.
